the source. We've been in business for 10 years, and we've built up quite
a loyal following through our large mailing list, and the many shows that
we regularly attend. We travel to Morocco twice a year to personally
ensure the highest standard in quality and the most intriguing selection
of products. For all the other specimens from other parts of the world,
we have an extensive network of direct sources, which continually provide
us with the best selections at the best prices.

Company policy:
Our policy is simple, we guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back within 10 days of receiving your shipment, excluding shipping charges.
Pricing information:
All our prices on the site are retail, we do
however, offer wholesale prices to qulified wholesale buyers with a valid
resale tax number.
Shipping Policy:
We offer a wide variety of shipping options to accommodate any order or special shipping request. Among the companies we ship with are: UPS, USPS, Fed- EX, Roadway Express, ABF Freight ways, etc… If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging, and the damaged goods. Contact the shipping company, and be prepared to present the damaged goods along with the original packaging at their request. We will do every thing on our end to replace your damaged goods, or issue a refund.
Payment information:
Paying for your purchase shouldn't be a burden, therefore, we offer a choice of payment methods: Visa, Master card, Money orders, and Personal checks. All payments by personal checks must clear before the order is shipped out.
Ordering information:
In order to qualify for the wholesale price break, we have a minimum order of $100.00 for our wholesale buyers. We trust that, with the vast array of products that we feature, you will have no problem meeting that minimum.
Returns and refunds policy:
We will gladly issue a refund or an exchange for any merchandise that does not live up to the customer's expectations. All merchandise in despute must be returned in its original condition.
